Do you drink green tea? How often?
Yeah when I can but I usually go with coffee

To what extent would you consider yourself focused on healthy eating/drinking or a healthy lifestyle?
I try hard but work gets in the way; I try to keep myself in good shape; it’s really important to me to at least try because I know I’m not at my best when I don’t eat right; get the right nutrients and workout

What are a few of the things you try to do as a part of your regular routine to stay healthy?
I try to workout a few times a week and try to eat vegetables; get enough calcium; I try to spend a lot of time outside since I’m inside most of the time for work

Does anything ever get in the way of you doing those healthy things? What are the barriers to your healthy lifestyle goals?
Grad school; deadlines coming up ; papers due; convenience of food being nearby

Taste- does it taste good? And maybe telling me exactly what are the specific benefits
How much more than drinking green tea is it better?

Already know green tea is good for me; no pre-existing fears…. Its ok… but I’m not a completely natural organic person
Tell me how I can eat it.

Recipes are a good idea- I like to see that you can do so much with it

Is this website giving you enough information?
Yeah it seems to have a lot of stuff and I’m already convinced; I’d just need to know where I could get it and how I could use it
